RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be free from makeup, stains, perfume, or any signs of wear

Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will be declined.

Non-returnable items:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Selected hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted
